About Me

I'm an Actor, Voice Actor, Singer and Co-Founder of The Dickens Theatre Company.

I have a natural empathy and warmth to my voice and take direction well.

I bring over 30 years of acting experience to the table to create and tell your story.

Bringing a voice to life for a character, a product, a service or a utility

is a collaboration between client and artist.

Louise Faulkner

The seed for pursuing this career, was planted in the late 1970's, when I was given a tape recorder as a Birthday present. I migrated swiftly from taping the Top 40 every week, to creating comedy sketches and scenes with my brother. We would record our various scripts, adding the necessary FX enhancements from Dad's BBC Sound Effects LP.

Thankfully my equipment, and my skills, have slightly moved on since those halcyon days.

Every voice over brief is unique and no two jobs are ever the same.

I've voiced many roles in audio drama, ranging from Victorian Streetwalker,

Vicar and Psychic to a Vampire Werewolf and Alien!

I was cast as a regular character, Bev Tarrant, in the BBC licenced audio serialisation of Dr Who, a role I was very privileged to have written for me. I also joined

The Pathfinder Legends cast as Trinia Sabor.
